  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. It may take few hours for the tracking information to appear on the courier website.
  • How much does the delivery cost?
    Free standard delivery is available on all orders above £50 to UK addresses. Free delivery is Royal Mail Second Class for these orders. Royal Mail First Class and DPD Next Day are available at additional cost on any size order. For more information visit the Delivery & Returns
  • How quickly will my order be dispatched?
    We dispatch daily Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed by 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be dispatched on Monday. For more information visit the Delivery & Returns
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    If the parcel has not yet left our warehouse, we will do our best to change it but if the item has already been dispatched, we are unable to make the changes. It is customer’s responsible to provide a correct delivery address at the checkout so, if a parcel goes missing as a result of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Our warehouse will begin the process of packing and dispatching your order very soon after it is placed. If you wish to cancel, please email us hello@theaegeantouch.com immediately. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been readied for dispatch and you will then need to receive the item and follow the returns process for unwanted items. You have the right to cancel your orders up to 14 days after your order is delivered. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.
  • When do items restock?
    As our products are unique and mostly handmade, we might not receive some items on regular basis. But we can have it produced for you so why don’t you sign-up for a back in stock notification email on the product page, so you'll be the first to know when stock arrives.
  • Do you sell to retailers?
    Yes, we offer our products on a wholesale basis to retailers. We will be happy to receive your inquiries to hello@theaegeantouch.com
  • Where will my packages have shipped from?
    Your orders will be shipped from our warehouse Encods and Consultancy Limited Safestore Ltd, Unit 1, Highgate Retail Park, Middleway, Birmingham, B12 0DG
  • I change my mind; how do I return an order for refund or exchange?
    We are sorry to hear that you changed your mind. Of course, it is your right to return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. You will need to cover the cost of returning unwanted items. For more information visit the Delivery & Returns We don’t accept exchange. In this case you will go for a refund and place another order.
  • I have received a missing / damaged or wrong item?
    Once you received your items, please send an email to us hello@theaegeantouch.com immediately explaining the situation together with the evidence such as a photo of the item. Once we receive it, we will revert to you by email for either a refund or replacement depending on the stock.
  • How should I care and maintain my products?
    You can find the detailed care instructions in each product page.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No. Presently we only sell nationwide.
