We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50, using Royal Mail Second Class. For orders below £50, or if you prefer Royal Mail First Class or DPD Next Day, additional charges will apply. For more details, visit our Delivery & Returns page.

We dispatch daily Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed by 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be dispatched on Monday. For more information visit the

If your parcel hasn't left our warehouse, we will do our best to change the delivery address. However, once dispatched, we cannot make any changes. Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout. If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund.

To cancel your order, email us at hello@theaegeantouch.com immediately. If your order has already been prepared for dispatch, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to follow the returns process. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery without giving a reason.

As our products are unique and mostly handmade, we might not receive some items on regular basis. But we can have it produced for you so why don’t you sign-up for a back in stock notification email on the product page, so you'll be the first to know when stock arrives.

If you change your mind, you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
