We dispatch daily Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed by 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be dispatched on Monday. For more information visit the

As our products are unique and mostly handmade, we might not receive some items on regular basis. But we can have it produced for you so why don’t you sign-up for a back in stock notification email on the product page, so you'll be the first to know when stock arrives.

If you receive a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at hello@theaegeantouch.com with a description and any relevant photos. We will respond with options for a refund or replacement, depending on stock availability.
