Our standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually takes between 2-5 working days (UK only) from receipt of your order. We charge a flat rate fee of £6.95 for destinations within the UK up to 10kg (excluding Channel Islands) for most items. If you need the item(s) sooner we recommend Royal Mail Tracked 24. 
Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified at time of ordering. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to Royal Mail, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by emailing us at hello@theaegeantouch.com

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently only deliver to UK addresses. It is possible to send overseas but we ask you to contact us prior to ordering so we can calculate your shipping.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, we will happily exchange or refund any unused items with your receipt within the 14 days. For items returned after the 14 days a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of Encods Trade and Consultancy Limited.

For items not in the original packaging a 20% restocking fee will apply. This is due to the item having to go into ex display.

We ask you to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you do not inform us within 14 days of receiving your order, you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit within the 14 days, we will either refund your goods or replace it, if the item is in stock once the original goods have been returned to us.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please email us a photograph and request either a refund or replacement.

  • Please complete the form above, then email a photo showing the problem to hello@theaegeantouch.com

  • We will reimburse UK return postage costs only where the item is accepted to be faulty upon our inspection and reimbursement was agreed in advance

  • Please note that the texture of cotton products will change over time with handling and washing. Since the product you have purchased is woven on natural looms there may be minor isolated defects, such as general unevenness, neppy, fuzz balls, colour fly, knots, slubs, etc. can be seen.

 

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been made.

  • Please allow us 14 working days from the date we receive your return to inspect it and process your refund. 

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method. It can take a few days appear on your bank statement

  • Refunds may appear in the name 'Encods Trade and Consultancy Limited'

  • Refunds can only be made to the person who paid for the order

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Encods Trade and Consultancy Limited upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
